A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits paid are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled treatment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, unless otherwise specified.

Failure to pay the deposit on time will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment. Consent forms must be signed prior to securing your appointment and paying your deposit. If you have not received your consent form or have questions, please contact our team so we can assist you.

Standard Deposits

  • $500 deposit — Appointments scheduled for 2 hours to up to 2.5 hours.
  • $1,000 deposit — Appointments scheduled for 2.5 hours or longer.

Deposits apply per patient.
