Every new patient begins with an Initial Consultation and comprehensive dental assessment.
Your appointment provides time to discuss your dental and health history, any current concerns and what you would like to achieve with your oral health.
Depending on your individual needs, your appointment may incorporate a comprehensive dental examination, clinical photography and an iTero digital 3D scan (radiation-free), allowing both you and your dentist to visualise your teeth and bite.
Further diagnostic investigations, including dental X-rays or 3D CBCT imaging, may be recommended where clinically appropriate.
Our priority is for you to leave your appointment with a clearer understanding of your oral health, any areas requiring attention and the options available to you.

Before Your Appointment
To help us prepare for your first visit:
- Complete your New Patient Questionnaire and provide as much relevant information as possible about your dental and health history.
- Send us your recent dental records and X-rays if available. Additional diagnostic imaging may still be recommended where your existing records do not provide the information required.
- Pay your booking deposit to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be credited towards your appointment fee.
- If you have private health insurance, please bring your card so eligible claims can be processed on the day.
- Allow sufficient time to arrive, park and get settled before your appointment.
If you have a complex dental or medical history, are travelling to see us or have particular concerns you would like your dentist to review, please let our team know before your appointment.
